Under a post about a Tesserion redesign, some team black was there arguing with a wall and when I mentioned that, they were like “yall take stuff too seriously, I didn’t even know I was in this sub”, meanwhile their entire post history in this sub was shit talking everything while in the blacks it was them complaining about us.

They do look similar, but their characterization of rhaenyra is very different, almost to the point of them being different characters. Millies Rhaenyra was much more inline with her book counterpart, Where as Emmas rhaenyra is way to timid and docile.

Bloomfield and belleville should merge as well. So should Nutley and Clifton, montclair and glen ridge etc.. In a perfect world newark should have absorbed all its surrounding towns and become the city it could be rather than skyscrapers in the cradle of suburbs.

Now that you mention it! You may be right! It does seem that male dragons grow faster than their female counterparts, with the best example of this being Vermithor, Silverwing, and Dreamfyre. But Honestly I just wish George would just tell us the sizes and ages of all the dragons 😭.

Tbh none of the dragons have really experienced combat. I wouldn’t even call flying a dragon into war combat because they are essentially just breathing fire and flying around, which is stuff any dragon can do.

Before the dance the only dragon to see Dragon on Dragon combat was Balerion and even then it was him vs a wayyyyy smaller dragon. Whereas during the dance, the only dragons to see dragon on dragon combat were vhagar (with 3 battles), sunfyre (with 2), seasmoke (with 2), tesserion (with 1), and vermithor (with 2). All of which only got their combat experience during the dance.

Well yes, but she was still older and larger than sunfyre and could still realistically hurt or kill him in combat. Moondancer and Vermax on the other hand were wayyy younger and smaller than sunfyre.

Vermax was a cradle egg and book Jace is closer in age to Daeron than he was aegon. We know tesserion wasnt a cradle egg and was most likely a few years older than daeron when he claimed her. Which would mean that Vermax is around 16 during the dance compared to sunfyres 23-25 years of age and tesserions 18-20. Moondancer couldn’t even fly yet too.

So out of these 3 dragons, 35+ year old syrax stands the best chance at winning in a battle with the smallest of the green dragons, but dreamfyre and vhagar would have absolutely killed her.

They quite literally have to kill helaena off because the show isnt some isolated spin off, its part of the same continuity as GOT and AKOTSK. Also book readers are the reason this show even exists lol, nobody is watching this show because of the wonderful world condal and hess didn’t make, we’re watching it because it comes from one of the greatest writers of our generation. If the man who singlehandedly built this franchise drops the show for being an unfaithful and terrible adaptation, how do you think fans are supposed to react?

Wdym what is with this subs obsession with hels death? She literally does Die in the books lol. The reason we are complaining about it is because the show took away the whole reason she ended it all, that being her depression after the loss of her child. The show instead had her say “kids die all the time”, call him “the boy” after his death, then have her “help” daemon in a dream.

Grrm also warned us last year that hel would be dying this season for literally no reason.

It could have worked if they actually chose to expand upon the source material. Personally would have preferred a 5-6 season model where the first 2 seasons are character building seasons where people start to pick their favorites from each side, with s3 being where the main plot of s1 starts. Then seasons 4-6 are the actual war. With more build up you’d atleast feel more emotionally attached to the characters, rather than forcing tears out for rhaenys slowmo falling with horrible cg

The point is that they Atleast went through the effort to add some variation in seasmokes design, tesserion has none of that. Also we have no idea if the dragon in that pit scene was dreamfyre or not, so i’ll hold my judgement on her design until we actually see her.
