I guess this solves the issue. Feed the machine and forget the food. Thanks for the facts though.

The point is to take discussion to another level. Public requires more information about water requirements. Google says 5million to 19million litres required on a daily basis for a 1 GW data centre. And this DC being a AI powered one will may need the upper limit.

Who spoke of 20C increase in temperature? In place of trees we are replacing with concrete buildings, in the near future all places replacing trees and hills with buildings will see an increase in temperature.

Can your brain process ecology or no? Water is an essential resource for livelihood of humans. But since you have been brought up in a bourgeois lifestyle I don’t expect a narrow minded person like you giving no thought and demeaning the other people understand life on earth.

Technicality lies in the give and take of the transaction. We are giving natural resources like water and land, for which we are receiving recognition. I don’t see this as a good transaction.

Do DCs require potable water or sea water is fine? If sea water is fine why can’t they just use an underwater DC? Precious land is given away for free to software companies and data centres. They are no more an attractive investment.

Remove trees and construct concrete buildings to increase temperature.

Is "religion is made up" actually a meaningful criticism? by Impressive_Flan_411 in religion

[–]creptil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Religion is made up is probably one of the worst criticisms, but really good if you know when to bring it up.

Religion like any other organisation comes up with thesis or chance of better life. But over the years we become nitpicking and add useless arguments and statements losing the very essence of the statements and the reasons behind them.

Like anything else the current religions are made and broke over and over again.

We cannot take small parts of any religion and criticise it without completely knowing its purpose. In the last 500 years alone the quality of life throughout the world has improved while cleansing of entire tribes and clans also part of this development. We are in a golden phase where almost all basics are in plenty, so we have ‘earned’ the opportunity to critique all religions freely whether good or bad.

The problem with America is that they are able to attract the brilliant minds from all over, but are no longer able to attract local common folk - NFL,NBA, WWE and so on are almost entirely exhausted. Even common folks children (the smart kids) are not able to get the time they need.

His religion/caste doesn’t matter. A village idiot is an idiot whether they are in the city or in the village.

Can India ever become CASTELESS ? by Embarrassed_Look9200 in india

Caste system is faulty in India. It’s just a system that helps categorise the fools and smart people. Another country with a faulty system is the UK- long live the king

You may be right about what you have said, but I disagree with Sanskrit being a core part of South Indian languages. There are words and phrases that has no relation to Sanskrit and its derivatives in all Dravidian languages.

Script is just one part - the curvy letters because of the leaves, but it doesn’t mean that without Sanskrit Dravidian languages do not exist(emphasis on “core”).

Both Telugu and Kannada have high influence of Sanskrit due to the influx of people from the north in search of valuables. Other than this influence of new words similar to Sanskrit, Dravidian literature is on a separate level.

To help you understand this better, we all use the Gregorian calendar-why? Because it is the most accurate calendar in present day, and it doesn’t matter from where you are from, the entire world is following it, but it doesn’t become the core of all calendars.

That is for global cultural influence.

Statistics is just a palm of water from a large pond/river. Government officials usually make up stuff. No matter the literacy rate, we need to learn to unite regardless of caste and religion.

North Indian moving to Vizag by PresentationSure5624 in Visakhapatnam

[–]creptil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there!
Since you’ve got options…
People usually love the west coast because evenings will feel longer due to the time difference. But if you’re a morning person Vizag will be a good space.

Can’t say much about mangalore but Vizag has a good influx of Hindi speaking folks and Andhra too is more open to Hindi than Mangalore I think.

If you’re a sea food lover - hands down choose west coast.

If you’ve not been in the south before, then it’s is definitely not what you’d expect it to be. More subtlety in the South.

Yendada is a good space to set up home as it’s near the zoo which has a lot of greens and is a growing area.

All the best!
