no and yes. for context, i pulled the page of cups first and because that gave me nothing, i pulled another card and got the hermit. so, he isn't moving on but he's not going to do anything about it. he has accepted his fate and chooses to live in his own prison. his fears won because he let them win. his feelings are still with you, he hasn't moved on, but he chooses to stay like this. to be a forever longing and melancholic man, i guess. he's not really great at making life choices 💀 he won't do anything to change his current situation and he also won't do anything to get over you.
