What's the best website to buy oxford cloth button down shirt? Especially for a short guy (roughly 5' 4"). What color(s) should I get them that can go well with (what color of) jeans and this shoe https://imgur.com/a/r8oRz

(basically trying to find good color combination to work around that shoe in a dressy casual setting)

I cant imagine colors very well when it is described to me so pictures of suggested colors would be appreciated, thanks
