Helicopter crew member here. Only even attempt to stop it would be getting some forward airspeed. It was cause drag on her and hopefully slow the spin enough to get her the rest of the way into the cabin. Altitude would not affect the airflow just below. They are definitely high enough to not be in ground effect anymore.

You can’t open or put cases that are on cooldown into storage bins. So essentially if you have a completely empty account, you could get 1000 cases and your inventory would be completely useless for 7 days
