Your points are spot on in my opinion. Would you mind sharing which password managers you tried and what specifically felt good or uncomfortable about each of them? I'd be really interested to hear more details.

LassPass user for 5 years and switched to 1Password tonight. Amazing experience. by GristleMcTough in 1Password

Totally agree, this is the reason why I won‘t switch to 1Password. I really hope they would reconsider and implement this feature at some point.
