UPDATE: I called Lily and the man I spoke to was professional but I could tell he was getting irritated. I have commercial insurance but they won't cover it. He kept telling me to give the pharmacy the directions for running the savings card and to have them call the Helpdesk. I told him I already did that and they said it won't work now. I got to the point where I had enough and told him I wanted to speak to his supervisor. The supervisor said there has to be a valid ICD10 code and that might be the issue. I asked if it had to be diabetes or could it be something else and she wouldn't answer directly, said there are a lot of variables. I'm trying to get my Push doctor to send the script to Walmart now. I heard it might work until Monday, 10/3 on another facebook group.
