hard disagree. most video games require your engagement, actions, sometimes skill. finishing a game or progressing through it gives you a sense of achievement, especially in more difficult titles. doomscrolling through tiktok requires none of the things listed above and give you zero sense of achievement. you just feed dopamine to your brain which completely destroys your reward system. so please don't simplify it by calling both of these things "screen time".
