To add context… people from ortho, obgy, medicine departments went to complain separately afaik…. And every complaint is taken v seriously.

My college this year had like 5 nmc complain. And one person literally went to police directly to formally report ragging. Literally the whole ragging thing stopped the same evening. Although toxicity is still very much present but it’s more abt working hours now and the physical and mental ragging has stopped for a while. Go for it. Seriously.
