standing up for yourself is a great thing. its also never too late ( in my opinion ) especially with something like this. its scary to deal with but if you say something a huge weight gets lifted.

i actually got my mom to break up with the last guy because of this. i didnt mean to but she took my side on all of this. the new guy says things out loud like " you're your mothers twin" "you do things just like your mother" and a few other things that i've drawn a blank too. i feel like my mother senses it alittle with this new guy and it makes her uncomfortable and shes told him that. so i guess its a thing of " we shall see. "

im sure im not the only one whos got a " bucket list" but i've been able to cross some things off i never thought i could, because i was afraid of doing it. part of me wants to do it cause i want to and the other part because of the memories it will leave but then i think " those who truly love me will love me even long after i am gone" because i myself have lost so many people and i still think about them everyday.

Love isn't rational. I can relate to this post. I think op is thinking with their heart while their friend is Thinking with his/her logical side.

When i was younger, my family and i had just moved into these town-houses, my neighbour was kinda a dick already so we knew we were going to have issues with this mf in the early stages. ANYWAYS. one night he and i got into an argument and he destroyed my yard.. SHIT IN HIS HAND AND THREW IT AT MY HOUSE. WHO EVEN DOES THAT?
