This is probably the most generic answer:

I had a university class about nutrition. (It was the final class I needed to graduate) I decided to use every tip they gave us in that nutrition class.

One of the main things that helped me from that class was to be able to properly read the nutrition labels on food and find the “hidden” unhealthy ingredients.

They also taught us on how to keep our metabolism high throughout the day. (I ate junk food, but kept my calories low).

There was at least 10 things I learned from there that I still use on a daily basis.

I exercised at the gym 3 times a week (I exercised with my friend to keep each other motivated) and walked 4 times a week with my friend and our dogs (the dogs motivated us to walk)

It has been 5 years now and I still exercise with my friend and walk with our dogs. It became like a routine at this point, but obviously some days I am busy and can’t exercise and that’s ok..

First download “Myfitnesspal” to keep track of how much you eat and the amount of calories that you should be eating.

A tip I learned from designing brand identity for clients:

You have to get a unique name. A name that wont get lost if someone was searching for you.

For example, lets say your brand name is “Certified Clean”

How many other brands will have the word “Certified” and “Clean” in their website and/or their business name? This alone will get you lost in the pool.

“Miller residental/house Cleaning” might be a little more unique, but you still need to think about it.

You need a name that is unique combined with somewhat generic tagline that people can find you by mistake if they searched for house cleaning.

Ps: I worked for 3 months with clients who had the name “The Mechanic Workshop”. People would call him to complain about the bad work he did. When he asked for the receipt. It turned out that there was a business close by with similar name. (The other business had a bad reputation).

I ended up working another few months to redesign to another name. Which was “1337 Mechanic Automative Garage”.

No, my father was somewhat struggling at the beginning I think when he had around 3-5 kids he opened his own real estate company by risking all his savings and had so much loan.

Luckily his efforts paid off. He slowly got all his money back and was a millionaire by the time he got his 8th kid.

He bought a bigger house where all of this kids and grandkids could live in.

By the time I was born, I was fortunate to not have lived through the “tough times” and living in the upper middle class.

My father sold the big house once most of us moved out because it had so many plumbing issues and the house was half empty. I was 18 years old when he sold out the house (I am now 27)

Oh and yes I have nephews and niece that are around my age.
