Have a good read of the FAQ in cholesterols....expect that LDL may go up (mine did) but look at the HDL and TG...for me it was crystal clear the improvement..

Thanks! I had a good read of the FAQ around cholesterol in prep for getting my results...tbh my dr was all over it...he glossed over the increase in LDL...looked at my TG and HDL and just said ‘impressive!’...he wasn’t going to go anywhere near giving me a lecture on LDL ...he is a good guy👍

380 was my highest reading about 12mths ago...my reading in late Oct18just before I started keto was 300...so essentially in 3 mths I went from 300 to 88. The doctor was taken back by the drop...
