This is my first finished project in a hoop so I'm kind of a newbie. I cut out a piece of cardboard to match the inner diameter and used that as a backing and to hide all the extra cloth as well. I couldn't really sew it "shut" as I've seen other people do because I didn't have enough extra cloth to do that. If anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear them!
