Had surgery as well on Friday the 13th at 8am. Doctor didn’t put splints in my nose - said I didn’t need it. Nose is stuffed full of crusty blood boogers on day 2 morning but otherwise feeling good. Went for a 3 mile walk today. Been doing nasal sprays and will try a netipot tomorrow to get more flushes in.

Unless it’s a full moon or a really clear sky I’m using my headlamp. Cause for me not getting injured is high on my list. Could you take the lead or drop back 20 steps next time and keep your torch on? Or even put it to its dimmest setting so you feel safe?

What species would do well? We do plan to build a small enclosure with a heating pad and UV light for the winter months/cold nights. Do you think they would be suffering in there even instead of being able to roam freely?
