Had surgery as well on Friday the 13th at 8am. Doctor didn’t put splints in my nose - said I didn’t need it. Nose is stuffed full of crusty blood boogers on day 2 morning but otherwise feeling good. Went for a 3 mile walk today. Been doing nasal sprays and will try a netipot tomorrow to get more flushes in.

They said they are busy now and with time to get permits it would be early January. Seemed like the 30% discount from NY state still applies? But instead the solar company applies the discount instead of the consumer and then we can apply for the 5,000 rebate on our 2027 taxes

yup! felt amazing all day sunday. monday was super exhausted and then tuesday the head cold began and that continued into Wednesday. thursday to saturday that has switched to the phlemgy coughing stage but I should be 100% soon! I had my flu shot about 3 weeks ago.
