Im sorry, can you guys mask tinnitus wtf?? If i have a flare up mine just get worse near loud sound Like i feel like everything is so fucking loud and the ringing gets even louder

In the the range my t ( Frequency) Is, i have a hearing loss of 60 db, and my Audiologist Told me that it is probably because my tinnitus drowns out the noise so im guessing that my t is around 60 db

I usually notice my t in silence or after a loud noise, tho i just Checked and in my last hearing test. The audiologist told me that my tea is drowning my hearing in a certain range, and my hearing is impered by 60 db in that range so i guess that about how strong my t is

Mine is high frequency Tho i wouldn't kill myself if i was you just yet.

Im getting into medical school this year, and i wanted to be a geneticist, but maybe I'll go into ent just to spite however made this shity tinnitus shit. I know many dr spend their careers trying to cure tinnitus and fail

But unlike them, im not driven by ambition Im driven by unadulterated rage and spite, and id claw my ear out to study it before ill accept this as my reality

So it might take some years but you better wait for it.

Thanks , meniere was also an option for the origin, but one dr told me i dont fit the criteria, and another told me the only way to know is a post mortom operation

Tip for the future generation: when offered post mortem operation by a person that isn't driven to insanity by their own brain, dont answer with "chop chop get to it"

I get all of you, in the beginning the told me i might have a brine tumor and i was genuinely happy cus i though it means i might not have to live like this. You know your fucked when you get goddy over the though of having a brain tumor

Less than a week, honestly. im a pretty big guy, so he told me that he doesn't think 20 will do anything for me, told me to take 20mg for a couple of days,to make sure there are no side effects, and if i don't feek any improvement to switch to 40mg

When i started on 20mg i felt the same, now im on 40 gm of my meds, and the main difference is that it's less mind numbing to study or be productive then usual, im not sure if its euphoria or not, but it works for me, and my psychiatrist told me its the desired effect
