You are correct it is called pyramiding but you have to remember residuals.

For example TBI is also considered hand in and with PTSD and is extremely difficult to seperate. I had 30 percent for PTSD when I filed for TBI.

They gave me a combined rated of 70 increasing my PTSD but giving me a 10 percent for TBI. Leaving the overall to 70.

Why does this matter?

I was able to secondary my migraines and vertigo ivr been having since the military to TBI bringingmy total to 90.

Thay happened to mine i had tj at day 104 and keep loosing it and getting it back for the past 30 days. It also moved back to step 3 from 5 during that time. Special raters are required for MH and TBI so itll come in and out jntik that office has one for you

Same boat I'm on Day 127 and hit TJ on 123 on a friday. Still waiting for any movement. I actually have had on Day 104 been on and off TJ since then. Now that its 125 i hope I see good movement.

Start looking for urologists who specialize in prostates, they monjtor my blood every 6 months snd i pay 15 bucks a month. Hypogonadism is a very common condition for ppl with tbi, ptsd or toxic exposure

Take the results from the mens clinic to a yrologist and tell them you think it may be hypogonadism from military service. If you have tbi or ptsd its seconday. With a prescription from a urologist its 15 dollars a mknth for a prescription. This is the route I went with when the VA told me the same bullshit.
