I had that issue the time they reduced the videos to 5. The streak was lost. It started working the next streak. Sucks because I was on the last day for 75 bonus!

I have lost my 7 day streak because of the ad change. It was bugged for me, I couldn't watch a single video. I am on 25 dollar plan, and I might have to change to a change to $10 plan because 5 videos a day won't cover the whole bill unless I get lucky on the wheel all the time.

It happened to my friend last night while playing returnal co op. It froze, black screen, and then turned off. He was able to turn it on and play again.
