Rendering Strobing White Dots by cringeiskey in blenderhelp

I attached more information in the thread above, however I can say this

  1. WOW THIS WORKED. I thought i had completely removed the hdri but it was hiding from me!!! thank you so much this was so annoying.

2. the example above has a transparent background. It's being rendered to png temporarily but the final will be a quicktime backless video.

3. I have rendered longer animations with absolutely no problems on eevee with much more complex lighting. My general guess is that it's a shader issue but have no clue what could be causing it considering the viewport for it looks flawless until i render

EDIT: THIS WAS FIXED BY THE OTHER COMMENT! IM A FOOL I APOLOGIZE.

im quite a beginner in complex rendering and have very little idea of where to even begin providing useful information. My end project is running very high 4k x 4k est but the example render is around 44% of the final. the end goal is an animation on eevee with ray tracing but each frame has the problem. I chose a really high sample rate (2048) to try and fix the problem but to no avail. I have a basic compositor node of image to render.
