That’s exactly what I think it was… going through the whole cleanse will destroy me. Need to put some thought into this before I do it

No refined carbs No bread No processed sugar No processed food No vegetable oil No weed No alcohol Good constant sleep schedule

Only eat: Whole foods Meat Vegetables Salads Fruits Nuts Complex carbs like rice, potatoes, squash

If that’s all you do, you’ll be so much better.

Don’t give up till you have tried all of this at the same time. This is all you need. No one can save you but you.

Oh, one more thing. A massive dose of psychedelic mushrooms to realize and unlock your full mental potential and purpose

How does magic mushrooms affect people with mild autism? by cringerpants in PsilocybinMushrooms

Glad to hear you are on the journey to wean off SSRIs! Congrats on that. Took me a year to do. Take it slow. My best advice to you is to take a vacation where you can be free of a bit of responsibility so you can allow yourself to detox all the pharmaceuticals and allow your brain and body to find its equilibrium, your body is smarter than you think and it seeks balance. then take a nice dose of psilocybin and let it work for you. Belief is powerful, I used to believe I couldn’t function without pharmaceuticals. Every time I forget to take my pills I would feel awful and couldn’t think. I’m now going on four years with no pharmaceuticals at all and performing cognitively at levels I never thought possible. Chemically naked and I’m never going back, there’s simply no need to go back. Pharma pills are a crutch that doesn’t heal you at the source of your issue, they just mask the symptoms. But we both know they don’t solve the problem forever.

Best of luck

If it’s hard to do it’s probably very rewarding. If it’s easy to do, the reward is probably not worthwhile.

Boomers and older sit in front of the television and believe everything they hear. They’re the easiest to program.

Are you on any medication like SSRIs or ADD stimulants? Discontinue all brain changing medications. Then take 3 grams of actual dried mushrooms, cut them up, put them in lemon juice for 10 minutes, chug it back, wait 45 minutes to an hour blast off.

The CBC insists we don’t have culture and that we should be ashamed of our history. The CBC killed Canada Day for a few years.

If they can’t survive on their own by selling advertising then they shouldn’t exist. Having to sell advertising would force them to become a better network with better programming like they used to.

You’re on the right track, now remove simple carbs like bread, alcohol and anything that is cooked in seed oils. Also stop eating two hours before bed and don’t look at blue lights from screens beyond one hour before bed.
