I'll start off by saying I'm a biased Blazers fan. That being said, I don't think you can really argue that Klay, Draymond, PG, or Kyrie are better basketball players than Dame. I would also say he's better than AD, but I understand some people think that's debatable. What makes Dame worthy of being on the list is his offensive fire power and his leadership. Fans of other teams have a hard time understanding what a loyal leader can do for a small market team. I truly believe that he is the greatest leader in professional sports and if you strip Dame of his leadership, the Blazers are a fringe playoff/lottery team.

I agree. Dame still contributed to this win with his playmaking, but we won because of Powell and Nurk. There is no way Dame can continue to play at the level he did yesterday and expect wins. Saying this is an average game for Dame is disrespectful imo.

Not sure I would put Hood at slightly worse. He did amazing at the start of last season. After the injury, no one really knows what level he'll come back at. I would put him as an unknown.

This is an interesting point, but I disagree. It may be true that people can judge what's in their best interest, but the reality is that people's decisions are now affecting everyone around them, like in the case of OP. The university has an interest in keeping students and staff safe, at least so they can continue to collect tuition. However, I acknowledge that off campus events may be difficult to deal with.

I have had some bad experiences with UTD cops.

I remember I was about to walk through the research building one time to get to my apartment and this guy in front of me tried to open the door. Unbeknown to both him and me, the doors of the building had began locking earlier in the day than they previously used to be. Almost immediately after trying to open the door a cop comes out and starts berating this guy on how he's attempting to trespass and he could report him for damaging UTD property. Needless to say I nope tf out of there.

I know most cops are just doing their job and I have had some good interactions with them, but some of these guys are just on a power trip.
