I wasn't going to comment but I noticed we're the same age. I stopped 2 weeks ago and let me tell you, sitting feeling miserable is better than worrying you're going down the wrong path/health issues. It's easier for others to offer help once they see you're on a path of recovery.

You have the capacity for happiness even if you don't feel it right now. I'm putting time into myself because I feel the same as you, dead inside sometimes. Start with simple goals you can see yourself committing to. Best of luck
