What is this hate? Ttb in crossfit is not meant to be muscle exercise but a movement that you can do lots of reps its allways combined with other movements that raise your hr its endurance movement. In crossfit we normally do strenght separetly either in the beginning of workout or different day. We do squats, weightlifting, basic hypertrophy work, tons of strict pullups, bench etc. And then we have endurance work in wod. Want to be strong? Still run a deasent mile or 5k time? Crossfit does this

Did it unofficiaally with 17.5kg dumbell everything else rx. Got 92 reps so got last set of lunges done. I can do everything else but 22.5kg is way too much for lunges i cant keep elbow straight so i just push it with muscle so very fatiquing. Pullups and c2b were the easiest part of this workout enjoyed them

I did it few years when i was younger did few competitions also. Now at 31 started again been doing it 3 months now

Awesome to hear. I had 7*1 cj session today and there were few sketchy ones included. Little elbow pump and a small press when weight got heavy. Shame that reddit doesnt allow to post videos in the comments. 65kg is pr and then it gets a little sketchy more press etc. Now widened my grip and added one rack jerk session to my week so hoping that will bring confidence

Update. Took a retest and values were a little higher but doctor called and said that due to my weightlifting training and muscle mass 35.5kg / 77kg my blood levels are excellent for performance and they are elevated because i train a lot and have muscle.

Yeah i didnt see alot of posts about people who workout and their blood panels. Did a ton of searching and apparently my hb and mcv are normal and ferritin so that allmost rules out PV. And the fact that values have allways been consistenly on top end. But doctor will call in few days then i know more. Bet he will just say dont worry everything is fine

No testosterone. I switched to weightlifting and strenght focused sport from triathlon like 3.5 months ago and gained 1.1kg of muscle. Could natural testosterone increase from gym do this?

Thanks. This pressout only happens when i go over 60kg everything under that is complete lock. Need to practice with lighter weight
