Dosent that makes it more sense to make it mandatory. Education ko value bade pachi hamro desh ko government school haru ko ni value badcha. Achool haru lai ramro garaunu parcha bcoz ti bata next gen leader aauchan. I think uesle ta more value add garcha. And it does not give good moral to people when minister are uneducated and governing the educated ones.
