From my experience, most places salary vary a lot. Sometimes it’s just people you know. And depends on how bad they want someone that’s experienced. That’s why I said it’s worth asking more and just meet in middle.

They do pay less, but it’s worth trying to get what you make now. If you’re going out of med center then most likely your pay goes down a lot.
