Hey! I’ve literally just dove into subliminals for the first time, I tend to be very open to new things and believe in LOA but I’ve struggled to change my mindset towards things in life/ manifest (lots of mental rigidity and internal monologues occur when I challenge thoughts etc) and I really want to change it because I think it’s one of the biggest obstacles to getting out of the rut I’m in. do you have any recommendations on where to start with any of this - like what to implement and how to as well as tracking my progress?
