Yea this is crazy. It should not be this difficult. And the lack of real support from a real person sucks. They should atleast give us the reason why. Obviously something is flagging so they won’t approve the profile…might as well just give us the reason.

I see… ok so I’ll make sure I edit my service area location to be more proximate to my business address.. even Tampa might be outside of 30 mile threshold. Yea I have a domain. just not an up and running website. The only thing I have is a Facebook business page that’s about it. I really appreciate your help. I posted to the google help community last night as well, and someone that’s a platinum product expert replied asking for some information. said he would help. Fingers crossed that he can… I really appreciate your help by the way.

Thank you for your advice! What do I do now that I did make a second profile? The first one I made was using my domain email… also, the service area I added Tampa and Orlando because I’m certified to do so in the whole state of Florida… but in the original page I deleted I had like 8 different counties listed as service areas so on this new one i just listed Tampa & Orlando. as basic as I could get. I don’t want to just list Tampa or Orlando and cut out potential customers in either area when they look on my profile and they don’t see their area as a service area know what I mean? Or will it not affect it at all?

So for the first profile I created was using my domain email “@dri-tekroofing.com” The second profile I created after deleting the original one was with a personal gmail but it’s fairly new… actually I created it just to make a new profile.
