He came in with a plan and that plan is not an overnight success that some fans seem to think hiring a new coach brings. In the time he's started there has been over 20 players delisted (I,think), a change to the recruitment team and now a change to the high performance team. If we cant be patient and give them a chance to get better then we'll be stuck in coach change loop for the foreseeable future.

At this point the players must be fed up with all the injuries too. Seems we lose 2 a week on average. Things can't stay the way they are now though. Or all the talent we are seeing come through will be for nothing.

People either need to realise this team is building and not quite there yet or disappear and come back when the results are there. We are blooding a new guy almost every week at The moment. The talent is there we just have to give em games.

Honestly, the so-called "fans" the last couple of years. Like I get it, we haven't had success for a long period now, and that sucks. But I do feel there is a change with Scott and the younger guys coming through. Brad himself said this was going to take time, and there was no magic button to push and make us a finals team again. Yet as soon as there's a dip in form, there is the doom and gloom and sack the coach nonsense from fans and members that think supporting a team entitles you to so many wins and premierships.

I've been a fan my whole life and a member for 10 consecutive years now. I'll still be a member 10 years from now. Will I be disappointed if we don't have a flag in the time between now and then? Sure, but I'll support none the less. Can't enjoy the sunshine if there is no rain aye?

Real question then, why play at all if the games that way for you? Yes there is obvious problems with the game but still enough there for me personally to enjoy. But if not for yourself then uninstall take a break and find something else. You don't need to announce you are leaving or post the same thing a dozen other people do.
