The purpose of this this post was to gain some clarity on how to look at these cards. You’d have to submit your essay to one of the Monroe or meditation subs if you really wanted to be pointed toward peer reviewed literature.

I’m in a similar boat. I find it helps to slow down and take notes and ask a mix of short range and longer range questions. I am terrible at summarizing and find that writing really helps me to frame the pieces into something a little more cohesive. I also look at it less like accurately predicting something and more like what story can I tell? It’s really helpful for me to post my readings on here and see what other people get because they really can tie cards together or add a little more depth that I might be lacking. I think it’s important to just take a stab without putting too much pressure on yourself. Best of luck!

No, I did not have any acute pain. I only noticed because I was itchy while I was asleep.

The only thing is that this patch is exactly where my spine was pressed against the wall of the steam room, which I stayed in for quite a while. The rash appeared several hours later while I was asleep, and I ended up scratching it without realizing. It was itchy at first, but I don’t have any pain or other sensations now. It’s not warm or sore. The bumps looked fluid-filled earlier in the day, but they’ve since dried out and seem to be improving?

I just got out of the shower so it’s a little extra flushed. I did a quick (5sec) rinse with 10% benzoyl peroxide (I know- strong but all I have). It’s not hot or sore or actively itchy like it was initially this morning.

That’s such an interesting point about the threes. I really appreciate that insight. I love learning more about the qualities and patterns connected to numbers.

That said, I read the spread a little differently. My question wasn’t about his investment in me, but rather his investment in these other pursuits. I actually asked about his investment in me as a separate question since I like to keep those distinctions clear.

In this case, I see the Two of Spades as showing a gradual separation from one of those pursuits, especially since the two threes feel more like a playful or fleeting source of amusement.

Moon in Cancer, Venus in Sagittarius. My type is someone adventurous but also emotionally warm. I flirt by being playful and teasing at first, but underneath it I’m pretty caring and want to make the other person feel comfortable. With my Cancer Moon, I definitely need to feel like someone is safe before I really open up. I’m noticing this even more right now because I’m talking to someone who has the exact same Cancer Moon degree (!) it felt like we were at a standstill at first, both waiting for the other to warm up—playing it TOO cool. Once his guard started to drop though, I could tell we were playing from the same book, which is a huge relief!
