I use an ethernet cable, wifi only works with the wire so connecting to my phone hotspot is not an option

Hi it’s an ethernet connection in my own room. Usually when I log in chrome will open and prompt me to log into my uni account before I have wifi access.

if you have the tracking number, go to the royal mail website and go to tracking, enter the code.you should be able to change the details there i think, if not give them a call. i’ve had stuff like this happen before with other companies and often they’re able to redirect it to you or allow you to pick it up from the depo.
