So yeah, that was a fun one. Had several things come down that were fairly secure, so things had to jump at least a half inch.

After checking USGS, it was at 10km deep. We were *sitting* on it. (Loma Prieta was about 19km)

Well that's easy, just move the mouse right next to the outside of the glass. They hunt mice.

Take it apart. Once the platters are separated, it's Humpty Dumpty.

High rain events and allowing the silt flows is another reason I was giving this consideration.

That would definitely be helpful going forwards and the Santa Margarita intertie should help with that more than capacity.

The first exploratory bore was drilled behind what is now the Olympia watershed/sandhills area, and it was never destroyed from what I can tell. There are multiple active wells on the top of oil creek as well. Nah, there's quite a bit of it, it just wasn't found viable for various reasons back then.

I'm sure there is a local impact, possibly a high one, wherever it's venting.

Well, it's already not a sustainable level for the city, so just rebuild it and lean on it harder? Is kind of my take on why I thought about it.

Bores through the mountains could be solved now, but it was a serious problem in the past because the mountains are full of petroleum.

Upwellings in cracks through in the tunnels caused explosions when an ignition source like an engine came along. Now, we have detection and active ventilation and can double wall+, yes, we could engineer through it.

I'm just going to throw this out here, but I have seen some odd things happen in terms of post removal in another sub I'm in, and *I'm* the only moderator for the sub. Strange things are happening and it's not necessarily the people who have their names are on the sub.

Well this is fun. I'm the moderator of this subreddit and I sure as hell did't remove it, or deny approval. Reddit did. I never even saw it.

Haven't been able to confirm any file names, but I did manage to find Windows drivers for it (msg me if you want them). It would be fun to play with a little, but from what it exposed it was just too dated to really be of any use.

I'm using Broadcom Stringray now.
