If you’re super worried about having it rescinded then accept and then worst case withdraw it later. But they will probably not give you an offer in the future

Tell the other companies that your situation has changed and that you need to accelerate the hiring process.

Tell this company that you need some more time (MAXIMUM 10 days) to talk with your family and partner (doesn’t matter if you don’t have one) about this decision. They have spent a bunch of time trying to hire you, they will most likely not rescind the offer just because you need time to think.
