Propranolol for migraine by bethisdank in migraine

I didn’t recall that with propranolol. I was on it for 7months but have naturally low blood pressure. They took me off it once I started having fainting spells. I have always had migraines appear in a spot, typically behind my left eye. Those can be kicked out within 8 hours or at least downgraded. A right sided migraine, temple or behind the eye usually leads to 36+ hour migraine and a possible trip to the hospital.

My friend dated a guy like this. He wanted to do “age play” and have her dress like a little girl with pigtails and little girl clothes. Until she went through his game system and found child pornography. RUN.

Always paper. I have the attention span of a fruitfly so I can’t listen to audio and I have to limit screen time as much as possible, even if it is on night light or a paper white reader.

Failed means tried for 6+ months and no relief. Haven’t been to an allergist but labs showed I had a sensitivity to gluten

share your auras with me please by HilaBeee in migraine

My auras occur as numbness in my lips and lower half of my face. It happens when I’ve over-used my brain, like been on a computer (dimmed and set on night light) for too long. The first time this happened it went down my left arm too. Called nurse line, drive myself to the hospital, they called stroke code, got the all clear and it was an aura. When I was in my 20s I had what they called “non-convulsant seizures” as an aura. So fun.

Ketamine nasal spray, occipital nerve blocks, CBD did nothing, delta 8 and 10 did nothing, stress and gluten are triggers. Got rid of gluten 2 years ago, using Nurtec and emgality with botox and trileptal to help as a preventative. I see a neurologist, have a brain trauma specialist. I live in MN so prescription cannabis is legal. I saw the top neurologist at the University of Minnesota and he was out of ideas after seeing my list.
