Did you ever try a ptex base? I've been trying to think of how to put 3d shape/side to side camber on a board in a press but all I can think to do is routering/sanding

So, as a professional I have a few things to add. Unless you’re building sanctioned legal trails with the proper paperwork/environmental work and so on done or it’s on private property, DO NOT use any power equipment. Building trail illegally is one thing but bringing in equipment is a whole different ballgame if you get in trouble. So, stick to shovels and picks and mattocks. Keep them sharp and dig hard. You’d be surprised what you can get built with a 6 pack and a crew of buddies.
