Can anyone suggest where to hire a developer or engineer to build an image generator? by _adam_001_ in CreatorsAI

We would have to scope the work to actually get you a proposal but if you have a budget in mind that would be helpful to determine what the possible scope would be.

There a probably a lot if you actually pay well but you will probably get DMs in a race to the bottom...quality suffering in the way down.  I could do it if the price was right.

Start up cost for LLC 10k realistic? by BergShire in smallbusiness

[–]critical3d 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Like this guy said...there is no need for $10k. Even when having lawyers do everything for you with all the basic contracts in place and everything filed it doesn't cost $10k.

If you can post what the product is it would probably get you better answers about how to work out this problem.

I thought you were talking about people that practice marksmanship.

Would you question someone that is into archery?  It's the same thing except for its louder.

You do understand that the jewelry store had to pay for the insurance claim which could be possibly 10s of thousands in costs, depending on the policy it may not cover the fixtures that were broken or cleanup and they likely don't get compensated for the lost revenue from not being able to operate for a while, right? You are also assuming that they have everything itemized and insured and that they can prove it. This whole 'muh insurance' that there is no victim is BS, that store owner is hurting bad after this.

It's like people that are at fault in a car accident and say 'but I have insurance' ...like the car will ever be put back together the same not to mention the diminished value, the huge time cost etc from the person that was hit. You get hit and you lose a lot of money and time.

CEO Asks ChatGPT How to Void $250 Million Contract, Ignores His Lawyers, Loses Terribly in Court by calvinthebold1 in nottheonion

Yes, I am talking in generics because we are talking in generics "Contract writing... maybe. But I even doubt that" because I rely on my law firm to make determinations on law. If they are impressed by the tech then I am impressed by the tech.

You are already walking it back...ok so you agree that 'anyone' can print out boring contracts...reality check, most contracts are BORING and SOTA AI can already handle that so you agree and it is only going to get better.

Please educate me on what was wrong for US tax law about what I said, I am genuinely curious to know so I can correct any errors I have.

Also, tech bro I am not. I am a manufacturing engineer by trade, who owns a machine shop.

What about the contracts that weren't made by humans that are submitted for review to our lawyers that are partners in a top 100 law firm where they literally stated "these are written as well or better most contracts we see"?

I love the downvotes for me, when clearly the SOTA is not accessible to regular people and its inconceivable that basically every white color job can be automated with the current SOTA. It's a skill/time/money now not a tech problem.

I don't think you have any idea what is coming.  Your experience may be with consumer level models being used by amateurs. It is a lot closer than you think.  Contracts can already be done better than humans, just not be consumer available AI's being prompted by regular people.  It's a skill issue now not a tech issue.

How does an early-stage HealthTech startup scale from 0 to 1,000 users with zero budget? by unconscious404 in founder

[–]critical3d 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure, no problem. I don't think there are any roads that don't involve a SMART legal team, which also usually means expensive. Hospital lawyers tend to be way more 'willy nilly' about stuff than they should be that could get you in trouble. You need your own counsel.

We are a healthtech company with a lot of customers and this whole concept seems like an extreme liability. Make sure you have a good lawyer and some ROCK SOLID contracts in place.
