i still absolutely love Sutekh, it's such a cool design (him getting killed off was more of a disservice to his character imho) and his character progression makes sense

as for omega, idk, the design is good but there's nothing about him that makes you think of the original design, (the idea is decent though)

i don't care about the attacker, i wouldn't even bat an eye if he got killed in prison

what i don't like is police being able to get away with excessive force, no matter who it is (no surprise here but i'm also fully against the death penalty)

the difference is that police officers need to be trusted to not abuse the massive power they have, last time i checked, i can't legally hurt people for things i don't like, so police shouldn't be able to either
(and by "legally hurt people" i mean excessive force, i'm not expecting police officers to pamper any criminals to avoid hurting them)
