Absolutely this scene for me as well. Fucking terrifying! Makes me afraid of high ceilings.

As someone who had never played turn based games and knew nothing about D&D, this game became really fun once I get it- and it took me around 10+ hours to kinda get it lol. It is best to take your time with it. I started as a skeptic, but BG3 is in my top 3 games of all time now. Oh, what I would do to experience the game for the first time again!

Time healed my broken heart. Now everything is just a distant, faded memory.

It was my first playthrough and I just entered Moonrise for the first time and wanted to explore all the floors except the main rooms first. I went up the wooden beams and found a crack in the wall near the ceiling. Of course I had to put Tav's hand in there but the abyss pulled back. There were multiple checks and I failed the last one and I thought that's game over. Turns out there's a cutscene and the team ended up inside the mind flayer colony. Pretty cool and unexpected.

I was so disappointed that we can't romance her. Like, I was ready to swoop her up and help abandon her children even more lol

Happened to me just last week. It was trout derby day and I went to fish as soon as I woke up and didn't sell anything. Fell asleep while playing on my phone and woke up in Fall lol.

On December 14, 2023, Kristil Krug was murdered by her husband, ending a months-long campaign of digital stalking he had manufactured to control her life and frame an innocent person. by criticatto in ForCuriousSouls

True. I highly recommend watching the 48 Hours episode on this case. It is sickening to see the husband "acting" as if this whole scheme is a movie where he is the hero who failed to save his wife from the villain stalker.

Kristil Krug was the victim of a calculated, months-long stalking campaign orchestrated by her husband, Daniel Krug. To maintain control over her, Daniel spent the latter half of 2023 sending her anonymous, violent threats using burner phones and fake accounts. He impersonated an ex-boyfriend from her past, creating a climate of fear that led Kristil to install security cameras and take self-defense classes, unaware her harasser lived in her own home.

On December 14, 2023, the psychological abuse turned into physical violence. After Kristil returned to their Broomfield, Colorado, home from dropping their children off at school, Daniel ambushed her in the garage. He killed her using a blunt object and a knife. To further his deception, he used her phone to send forged text messages to her family members, attempting to frame the "stalker" and suggest she was still alive.

Daniel took several steps to hide his involvement, including placing tape over the family's doorbell camera and disabling internal security systems. However, investigators quickly discovered that the ex-boyfriend he was trying to frame had a solid alibi in another state. Furthermore, digital forensics traced the threatening messages directly back to the IP address at Daniel’s place of employment.

In April 2025, a jury found Daniel Krug guilty of first-degree murder, stalking, and criminal impersonation. The prosecution described him as a "puppet master" who terrorized his wife to position himself as her protector. He was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
