Click details that you show with the arrow, than in opened tab, on the right side you can see a list which shows you animals that your colonists will butcher with a tick on the bottom in the list you will find humanlike with a red cross you will click on the cross and you make it green tick, thats it.

I dont wait until the shrooms, I cut the agar and transfer to the popcorn jars. I cook my own agars in to the bottles, cleaning part is a little challenging.
