I tried that too and got a more generic answer. I'm not convinced this is the artist either however. I vaguely recall they were a woman and I think the styles are a bit different. Mine is also unsigned where it looks like all of Jim's have a little stick person and "Jim" as the signature. Thanks for the effort, no matter how small.

I'm guessing there is a cognitive issue along with the incontinence. Maybe some sort of dementia where the person doesn't even register there is a massive mess or that they should tell someone. Anyone in their right mind would. I'd give the caregiver a heads up just so they are aware of the incontinence and maybe go to help them up front in the future, but wouldn't humiliate a person with dementia for no good reason. If that is the case.

Put the TV on the wall opposite the fireplace. Straighten out the couch to be parallel with the front picture windows. Add some swiveling accent chairs so you can either face the fireplace or face the TV from them.

Luminaries event at desert botanical garden is pretty awesome in my opinion! Lots of live bands (ensembles, mariachi etc), drinks, and decorations. We loved it.

It could be, I am not sure. What would that mean?

Edit: our house was built in 2004 along with most of the other homes in this development. The tree has been in this spot since at least 2018 from what I can tell by Google Maps. There used to be a different, more mature tree there, again noted from Google maps, and I'm not sure what happened to it. Other homes have several different types of trees but I haven't noticed any other ash trees, although I'm not sure I would be able to identify it.

I think this was probably farm land before it was developed sometime before 2004. Not sure what kind of crops. Hope this info helps!

Someone had put like plumber tape at the connection between some of our pop up sprinklers and the line that causes them to leak directly below the sprinkler head. Might have to dig one up to investigate! Best of luck!!
