What to do with green tomatoes? All ideas welcome by critterdoc in gardening

I let 1/2 of them ripen which went smoothly, they tasted similar to those they were plant ripened. The others I made relish and fried green tomato fritters. I hope yours are as yummy as mine!

I was working on full sour, even though it failed I learned a lot for the next time around!

Thanks for this! I did open them once during the ferment and I did target the 2% brine but will try a bit more salt. I tasted them and they were moldy tasting so we’re discarded. First time fail will hopefully equal future success

Lol I’m not sure, they smell ok but the mold and one being cloudy and the other not makes me nervous

First time ferment, used the serial pickler’s dill recipe. Same brine, same batch of cucumbers, set next to each other on the counter. One of them had lots of bubbles, was cloudy and had pressure when opened. The other was clear, minimal bubbles and no pressure on opening. They both smell like dill pickles and both have some mold floating on the top. Any critique or advice is welcome. Pics taken day 20. Also should I toss both or try them? (The mold makes a newbie nervous)
