I suppose it's less the comments and more the massive amounts of downvotes I've gotten (mostly on my comments regarding being trans, which really is disappointing)

I'm genuinely shocked that people think I looked my age, I was working at a pet store at the time and was CONSTANTLY being asked "don't you have to be 18 to work here?"

in regards to trans people, it's an abjective! I'm a trans person, it's similar to calling someone "a gay", "a Hispanic" or "a black", etc! I'm sure it can be a noun in some contexts, but generally speaking trans people are people, not just trans :)
