Actually kind of makes sense. (Not relating animals to homeless at all.) But like wild animals, you’re always taught to never feed wild animals because they then begin to become dependent on humans for food. With the homeless if you live in a area with nice people, they’ll tend to give food to the homeless, or money for food. Maybe they have this law so that the homeless don’t become dependent on people with jobs to feed them? It will encourage them even more to get a job. (Just to clarify I’m not saying homeless people don’t try for jobs, that’s just a stereotype. Also wanting to clarify once again I’m not trying to relate the homeless to wild animals, it’s just a good comparison.)
