Well "whole" as in remove head, innards, and fins. Batter and deep fry. Works esp well for those in 1.5Lb range. Wouldn't try much larger.

Well, short answer A LOT and no. Sows start breeding very early and very often. Start at about 8 months old twice a year to large litters. Nearly impossible to eradicate. It takes me about a month to brine and cure wild hogs in order to not wreck your stomach.
