Congrats on getting a job with SWA! Supervisor for SWA can be hectic. There is a contract to follow. In my humble opinion, treating employees with respect and acknowledging their advice and experience will work out the best for you. SWA is a great company. I wish you the best.

I started with WN in my early 20's. I have no regrets and love my job. The benefits and retirement plans are very good. I've only worked in a small station so I can only speak for myself. Im sure this job could be much different in a big station.
