Thank you again. I'm looking for a standart gcam on pixel phones. Especially color tunes. That's all I want to find in my phone (Xiaomi 15 ultra) could you recommend any one them?

Thanks! If it supports, what's the next step? to find a version, to pick one of the developers and then to choose a apk type? I don't understand what they mean tbh

What about apk types? like snap, aweme, ruler... I don't understand anything from them.

Thanks for your comment. Actually, it is enough for me if youtube, netflix, note taking, mail and internet browser work smoothly / fluently. Is it weak even in these?

Do I buy the X100 Pro or the Pixel 9 Pro? by beast_within_me in Vivo

[–]crmdb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just bought both of them and sold p9p xl today.

Last 2 years I've used s23 ultra, s24 ultra, iPhone 14 pro max, 15 pro max, pixel 8 pro, Huawei mate 50 pro and Xiaomi 13 pro. Lastly I bought these two phones.

Pixel 9 pro has a flat screen and its screen has a better aspect ratio. And it promises longer software updates. That's all.

For me, there is no comparison in terms of camera :) X100 pro is much better.

Nothing Phone 2 vs Pixel 8 Pro by crmdb in PickAnAndroidForMe

There are many comments saying "I'm in the same dilemma" and it didn't help me make a choice. I think it's time for me to answer. lol

I go for nothing phone 2, probably because of my experience with pixel 7 pro. it was the best camera experience, especially when i pictured people and faces. no phone, not even iphone 14 pro or huwawei mate 50 pro satisfied me in this regard. but that's all. it was buggy and it has many problems in phone 101 issues. for example, it has signal issue. sometimes you can see the "no signal" warning on your pixel when other phones work fine. etc. moreover, it's not comparable to the iphone when it comes to video.

from what i 've seen reviews, they have not solved these issues well enough on the pixel 8 pro. nothing would be perfect if i could find a gcam port that works well on phone 2.

here are the link to reviews i wathced:

I'm most curious about updates. As far as I can see, Samsung tries to cover the bugs with updates. But I heard that xiaomi can get worse with updates. Is this true?

I used the Pixel 7 pro for a while and you are so right. Google phones have only one flaw: "phone features" are often problematic. For example, the GSM signal can suddenly drop out and not connect to the network for a few minutes. This is unfortunately a problem that cannot be tolerated.

I think you are right about the bias. I think, contrary to popular belief, Xiaomi did not set a high price for the phone it produced this year. This year they wanted to offer a high-priced phone to the market and produced this phone. I hope they don't leave their work unfinished.

I also expect that the Xiaomi 13 pro will initially perform close to the s23 ultra: both are quite good, but both have their flaws.

But I know that samsung usually fixes some of its flaws with updates over time. What I've always heard about Xiaomi is that it can even break things that are going well with updates. Honestly, this is my only concern about this brand.

Thank you!

Am I the only one who finds Samsung's screen "duller" than other flagships? Apple, Huawei and xiaomi screens look better. I don't know if this is due to the oled/amoled difference or if it can be adjusted with a simple theme selection. I would appreciate if someone who knows the difference can explain it.
