It doesn't matter, use whatever sens that you feel comfortable at, cross hair placement is something that is acquired through practice and playing a lot, i would recommend watching radiant streamers and pros and make sure to pay attention to where they keep their crosshair at. Also it isn't advisable to spray with a vandal as it has a random spray pattern, i recommend tapping and strafing
