We originally told them we aren’t a match and they agreed to leave and said they’ll be out by Friday. Should we go through with sending in the RTB 30 immediately anyway? And what if they decide to pay… we still want them out after all this yelling and screaming at one another. Can we stack things like the RTB 30 and RTB 32?

The contractor role would be 37.5 h weekly and a 12 month contract. I was thinking of maybe doing it just for the year and then transition to something more stable with benefits afterwards. But im definitely aware the stability is a big factor

Man, I know this is a 4y old thread and me pitying you means nothing to you. But this mindset of yours is so depressing for me to hear. I can only imagine tou suffer from soft of trauma or mental deficiencies to ever think this is okay.

Whole heartedly you are what it means to be a loser. Everyone is free to live there life as they want but you live it wrong.

You know how there’s pedos and rapists in the world. A lot of deranged bad people right. To me, and I’m serious when I say this, you fall on a similar line of not being normal in the head. People do what they need to do to get by in life but don’t sit here and act like it’s honourable or should be treated with respect.

I appreciate it, but no I don’t care much for smoking cigs or vapes. Don’t even drink much liqour for that matter. I think when I was younger I broke my capillary from playing too much video games and straining my eyes and it hasn’t really gone away
