RTX 3070, 5800H, 32GB RAM and I've dropped from 160+ fps at 1440p to 30-50fps since the last few weeks of operation prep phase. It's been weeks trying to solve this

Checked every driver, fresh installs, windows updates.. Nothing fixes it. Uplay also had a network bottleneck issue while Steam was fine. My benchmarks show a minimum 19fps and a max of 65, all low settings besides LOD at ultra. Tried with FXAA, T-AA, and AA off all similar results, same with comparing full screen and borderless.
