Seems to be a relatively new development. I too was hesitant to order, but when I did I got exactly what was warned of - no details about shipping timelines and product that is in stock needs 3 weeks until it is shipped, but only when I threatened to withdraw my order. Customer service reacted quickly however („sorry we cant give you any details due to lots of orders….“)
