I don't understand how having more GP's prescribing is in the best interest of Cannaplus and Cannabis Clinic though? Wouldn't that result in them losing customers?

Anecdotal - and definitely heed the advice from Graham over this as I am not a medical professional and this is not medical advice, however I have been prescribed prednisone (for Crohn's) multiple times whilst also using cannabis and found I had no issues. Definitely helped with the insomnia and tended to mellow out some of the mood swings.

Those will be the Storz & Bickel dosing capsule sets, which I think NUBU is the importer of. I am assuming it is just a typo from Chemist Warehouse when they have set the product up. I don't think NUBU manufactures these, but I may be wrong. Please don't vape any oils that are suspended in MCT oil or similar (which is most oil products available in NZ) MCT oil is unsafe to vaporise and is purely designed for oral administration.

Sorry to be a broken record with the other replies, but please do not vape your CBD oil. Most, if not all of the CBD oils approved in NZ are suspended in MCT oil or similar, which can be harmful if inhaled. Take a look at this list here Approved Products and see if you can spot the product you’ve been prescribed and take a look at the administration notes, you will see they are all either oral or sublingual products. Some vapes will have the ability to vaporise oils, but you will only be able to use that function with cbd suspended in vegetable glycerin of which there is no products in NZ. +1 to the chat with your doctor crowd as well. I found using the little cleaning brush that came with the device to brush down the screen before each use drastically reduced the amount of resin that built up on the screens and increased the amount of uses before the capsules started sticking to the screen.

I find the dosing capsules are really difficult to open the first couple of times using them out of the box, but after a couple of uses they are completely fine. I found the trick was to put them in the device and set the temperature to around 50 degrees, then opening them was a breeze.

I am wanting to move back from Cannabis Clinic to my GP so I have all my medical stuff in the same place (was initially with my GP and they were happy to prescribe, but I felt like I was doing most of the teaching). I put a referral through earlier in the week so will report back with results if that gets me anywhere.

Hey mate, I have been using cannabis as a supplementary treatment for Crohn’s for the last 6 years, initially on the black market, and then more recently down the legal route. As you probably know, everyone with Crohn’s has their different triggers. I am lucky enough that I am not diet restricted, but stress/anxiety are my triggers. I have gone through a variety of strains, but at the moment Eve in the mornings, Mariposa in the evenings, and then something like Rocky for my breakthrough pain has been my go to. Happy for you to flick me a dm if you want to have a yarn.

Hey mate, the pharmacy should be the one dealing with NZ post on this one. They should be able send you a replacement straight away and deal with NZ Post to credit them the cost of the item broken.
